Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to reelkin.fun ("Reelkin"), operated by Time Software PRO, Cyprus ("we", "us"). By using Reelkin you agree to them.

1. The service

Reelkin turns your script into scene prompts and animates them into short video clips using AI. Results are generated automatically and may contain mistakes.

2. Your account

You sign in with Google. You are responsible for activity on your account. You must be at least 16 years old to use Reelkin.

3. Reels

• 1 reel = one 5-second clip.
• Reels from a subscription are added each billing month and expire at the end of that month.
• Reels bought in a pack never expire.
• If a clip fails to generate, its reel is returned.
• Promotional free reels may be limited and can end at any time.
• Reels have no cash value and cannot be transferred.

4. Payments and subscriptions

Payments are processed by Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled; you can cancel any time from the Billing page and keep access until the end of the paid period. Prices may change with notice for future periods.

5. Refunds

Because reels are spent on AI generation immediately, used reels are not refundable. If you were charged by mistake or did not use any reels from a purchase, contact us within 14 days and we will review a refund.

6. Your content

You keep the rights to your scripts and the videos you create. You give us permission to store and process them only to run the service for you. Videos made on the free tier carry a Reelkin watermark.

7. Acceptable use

• No illegal, hateful, sexual content involving minors, or violent extremist content.
• No content that infringes someone else's copyright, trademark or likeness without permission.
• No attempts to abuse, overload or reverse-engineer the service.

We may refuse prompts or suspend accounts that break these rules.

8. Liability

Reelkin is provided "as is". To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 3 months.

9. Changes and termination

We may update these terms; we will show the new date at the top. You can stop using Reelkin and ask us to delete your account at any time.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus.
