Time Software PRO, Cyprus, is the data controller for reelkin.fun. This policy explains what we collect and why.

What we store

• Your name, email and profile photo from Google sign-in.
• Your scripts, scene prompts, characters, clips and videos.
• Your assistant chat history for each video.
• Your reel balance, purchases and subscription status (card details are handled by Stripe, never by us).
• Your settings, such as watermark preferences.

Why

Only to run Reelkin for you: save your work, generate videos, keep your balance and process payments. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

Who processes it

• Cloud hosting and database providers, to store your account and files.
• AI model providers, which receive your prompts and images to generate text, images and video.
• Stripe, to process payments.
• Google, for sign-in.

How long

We keep your data while your account is active. When you ask us to delete your account, we delete your content and profile, except payment records we must keep by law.

Your rights

Under GDPR you can ask to access, correct, export or delete your data, and object to processing. You can also complain to the Cyprus Commissioner for Personal Data Protection.

Cookies

We only use storage needed to keep you signed in and remember your settings. No advertising trackers.
